I couldn’t resist sharing this yummy Mac n’ Cheese recipe that a friend shared with me years ago. I don’t pretend to like cooking but when I make this particular dish there’s usually no leftovers. After you try it, come back and leave a comment letting me know what you think. Enjoy!
2 cups of macroni (partially cooked)
1/2 pound velveeta cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
small can evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 stick of butter
3 eggs
salt & pepper, to taste
Mix both cheeses, butter and eggs. Cheese almost melted. Add milk (both). Add Macaroni and layer with cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
