What’s my secret weapon on your celebration day? You may think it is my presence, my time and organizational skills. It’s all three of those summed up into one secret weapon. It also allows you to have a great time like Frederick and Sabrina did on the picture Jonathan Snorten captured above. No worries and no stress for you on the day of your celebration.
Working with your creative partners
Let’s start with a story. As the day begins, your first creative partner (vendor) arrives. I am there to meet them. I show them where to set-up and ensure they have everything needed. I manage all of the set-up, answer questions, keep track of the decor and where it should be placed. Do I keep all of this in memory or is there something to help me keep track? I do have an unbelievable memory when it comes to my celebrations I am producing but my secret weapon keeps me on track.
There is a process of layering vendors as they set up separately while some creative partners are able to work simultaneously together. The florist can’t add their flowers to the tables until linen has been dropped on the tables. The band can’t set-up until the stage is erected. Meanwhile, the cake designer can set-up at the same time the band is setting-up and performing sound check. The day goes by quickly with many moving parts.

Experience The Celebration®
Your guests enter into your celebration with an awe of amazement, anticipation and excitement. Some guests never wonder how this amazement came about. They just love seeing it all put together. And, this is what my team strives for during the production of your celebration.
During the celebration, my team and I are managing the day such as the dinner flow, speciality dances, speeches and any participating creative partners during the celebration. We will guide and inform you before each occurrence that happens. My secret weapon helps us to keep on track and keeps my team and I informed. Guess who I share my secret weapon with? I share it with all creative partners involved on the day of setup, during the celebration and breakdown. Intrigued now, huh?
What is my secret weapon?
It’s a detailed day of production schedule also known as a timeline. Based on your needs for your celebration, I produce a detailed production schedule that starts before the first creative partner arrives until strike breakdown. When I say detailed….I mean extremely detailed. For example: band arrival 2:00 pm, cake arrival 3:00 pm, best man toast 7:08 pm and dancing at 9:12 pm.
This schedule keeps us on track for each occurrence during your celebration. Do I create a production schedule for social celebrations as I do for weddings? Absolutely! This is a secret weapon I can’t live without no matter the celebration. So, when you see us at your celebration looking at our iPads or phones, we are not playing games or texting, we are checking the production schedule to make sure we are meeting targeted times.
