Interview with Nashville Wedding and Event Planner LeeHenry Events

I’m excited to share my interview with Chef Kim Macon of Tasteful Creations by Kim, a Columbia, SC based mobile catering company specializing in southern cuisine. I first met Kim at a military reception that she catered for a friend. I was blown away by the presentation and taste of her food. Later, I hired her to cater my son’s graduation cook-out which was held outside. Although it seemed the tent was useless and the heat became unbearable, Kim and her assistant remained professional and poised throughout the entire cookout! As far as the food, my family was sneaking downstairs to the kitchen late at night to raid the refrigerator for leftovers.

Kim has been a professional chef for four years but starting her own catering company remained a deep passion and one of her goals. She was blessed to have an unexpected opportunity to showcase her talent which led to the birth of Tasteful Creations. She has been growing and enhancing her business since that day. Kim isn’t a stranger to the LeeHenry Events community as she gave us some great information in our Entertaining 101 series. I’m glad she could chat with us again to answer a few more questions.
