We’ve answered some of your most asked questions.
Absolutely not! We do ask for the creative freedom to plan according to your vision but throughout the entire process you will be consulted on every detail. Ultimately, the final decision is always yours.
We invoice via our online payment system. You can pay via credit/debit card (no convenience fee) and via ACH. Venmo or Zelle are also accepted forms of payment. For our corporate clients, we work closely with your accounting department.
We take only one celebration per weekend/week. Our services are designed to manage one celebration per day. On your day, our focus will solely be on you. In addition, we take a limited amount of celebrations per year so that we can give each client the attention deserved.
Each celebration has a lead planner and at a minimum two assistant coordinators. The final number of people from our team will be determined approximately 30-45 days from your celebration date. The final team number is determined by numerous factors such as guest count, logistics, etc.
We have a four to five step phase planning process based upon your selection of our services.
A highly personalized planning experience, concierge level guidance, meticulous attention to detail, seamless execution, allowing clients to be fully present and creating meaningful, memorable experiences.
Our booking process begins with a complimentary discovery call via phone or zoom to see if we are a good fit for one another. After the call, the following steps are next in the process:
-If we determine we are a good fit for your celebration, you will receive a custom proposal that entails your service selection, investment fee, agreement and invoice for the non-refundable retainer fee.
-After the agreement has been signed AND the non-refundable retainer fee received in our office, we will begin planning your celebration.
Yes, we love planning milestone celebrations such as birthday parties, baby showers and anniversary parties, to name a few. We also love planning corporate events including but not limited to influencer events, open houses, holiday parties, incentive and activation events.

As much as I would love to chat with everyone, unfortunately I’m unable to because of time restraints and the devotion I give to each client. If you would like to schedule a “pick your brain” session, I will be happy to carve out some time to chat via zoom or phone call. My “pick your brain” session fee is $150 per hour. Our session can be scheduled after the fee has been paid.
NOTE: there is no fee for potential client consultations.
