Affectionately known as Lady Celebrate, Tanza Perry Cooper started LHE in 2007 after planning numerous events for co-workers, fellow military spouse events, her church, family and sorority. She believes life’s most precious moments deserve to be celebrated in grand style, with lots of details and remembered for a lifetime.
